Delete your TrekTastes account

You can permanently delete your customer account directly in the TrekTastes app. The request removes or anonymises personal data unless we must retain a limited record to meet a legal obligation.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to the TrekTastes customer app.
  2. Open Profile, then Manage Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Type your account email to confirm, then select Delete My Account.

This action is permanent. Your sessions are ended and the account cannot be recovered after deletion succeeds.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address registered to your TrekTastes account. Use the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted or retained?

Account profile details, saved addresses, payment-method tokens, active sessions, and other user-linked personal data are deleted or anonymised through our GDPR erasure process.

Legal retention: limited financial and order records may be retained for up to 10 years under Dutch fiscal rules. Where retained, personal data is minimised or anonymised and is not kept for ordinary account use.
