Common questions

  • A problem with your order?

    Report it in the app or email us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. For missing, incorrect or quality issues, include your order number and a photo if you can — the vendor who prepared your food owes the fix: a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds and cancellations

    You can cancel free of charge until the vendor starts preparing your order. Cancelled orders — and orders affected by a cancelled event — are refunded to your original payment method. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

  • Account, data and privacy

    Manage your account from within the app. To access, correct or delete your data, email privacy@trektastes.com. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
