You can request deletion of your vendor account in the TrekTastes Partner app. If you cannot access the app, contact our privacy team instead.
Request deletion in the app
Sign in to TrekTastes Partner, open More → Security and privacy, then choose Delete my account. Type your account email and confirm your identity when prompted.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@trektastes.com from the address registered to your vendor account and ask to delete your TrekTastes Partner account. We will verify that the request belongs to you before acting on it.
What happens after your request
An in-app request schedules deletion for 30 days later. You can cancel it in the app during that period. In-flight orders and open refunds or disputes must be resolved before the request can be scheduled.
Data we must retain
Account and listing data are removed or anonymised as part of the deletion process. Financial records that we are legally required to keep are retained for 7 years under Dutch fiscal record-keeping rules (Article 52, General State Taxes Act). DAC7 reporting records are kept for 7 years after the end of the reporting period they relate to. See the Vendor Privacy Policy for details.
