Delete your TrekTastes account
You can request account deletion in the app or by email, even if you no longer have the app.
In the app
Sign in, open Profile, then Manage Account, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts.
Without the app
Email us from the address linked to your account and say that you want to delete your TrekTastes customer account. We may verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.

We erase or anonymise your account data and associated personal data, except records we must keep for legal obligations. An open order, refund, or dispute may need to be resolved before deletion can finish.
What we may retain
Financial and order records that we are legally required to keep are retained for 7 years under Dutch fiscal record-keeping rules (Article 52, General State Taxes Act). Notification delivery logs are purged after 90 days and notification records after 180 days. Our Privacy Policy explains these periods and your rights in more detail.
